Chamomile Vinaigrette

Its delicate, earthy flavor and apple-like notes make it a great addition to cookies, syrups, tea lattes, cocktails, and more. It has long been cherished for its calming effect on the nervous system, helping to ease anxiety, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. A carminative herb, it can also soothe digestive issues, including gas and bloating. Rich in antioxidants, chamomile also provides gentle anti-inflammatory support.
