Uplifting Bath Salt Blend
Equipment
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 jar or other container for salt mix
Materials
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup epsom salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup oat straw
- 1/2 cup lemon balm leaf
- 40 drops lemongrass essential oil
Instructions
- Add the epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda, and herbs to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Add in again. Spoon into containers or jars.
How to Use
- Pour a tablespoon or two of bath salts into a muslin bag or tea ball and drop into bath water. Soak for at least 30 minutes.
