Strawberry Chamomile Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp chamomile
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
Directions:
Add the chamomile to a heat-proof container that has a tight fitting lid. Bring water to a boil and pour it over the herb. Quickly cover the container. Let the tea steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain the out the herbs.
Combine the chamomile infusion, sugar, and strawberries leaf in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let steep for 30 minutes. Then pour the syrup through a mesh strainer into a clean glass bottle or jar.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp strawberry chamomile syrup
- 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water
