Enhance your study space with a herbal air freshener. The invigorating scents of rosemary and lavender can help aid memory and focus. If stored in a cool, dark place, the room spray should last for 6 months.
Materials
- 4-5 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs lavender
- 2 lemons, chopped
- 5 drops lavender essential oil, optional
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil, optional
- 2 c water
- 1 500 ml spray bottle
Method
Place rosemary, lavender, and lemon in a saucepan. Add the water to the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for around 10 minutes with a lid covering the saucepan.
Leave the mixture to cool before straining into a jug through a muslin cloth.
Pour the mix into a clean, sterilized spray bottle. Add the essential oils, if using, and shake well.
