These days I have a super simple hair care regimen that I’m really happy with. First, I give my hair a light wash (not using much soap) with my friend, Ali’s, gorgeous goat milk soap or one of my own botanical infused soaps. Then I pour a bit of herbal hair vinegar over my scalp and rinse with cool water. This simple method leaves my hair feeling great.

This herbal barbecue sauce is tangy and not overly sweet. It adds great flavor to a variety of dishes, including chicken, pork or beef ribs, meatballs, pizza, salad dressings, and more
This herbal jello makes a great treat for kids. Because it is protein rich and naturally calming it can be a great bedtime snack to promote relaxation and satiate growing little ones, helping them sleep more soundly.
