Method
- Add the jalapeños, blackberries, onion, and water to a small pot. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and let cool.
- Add the cooked blackberries, pepper, and onions to a blender with the vinegar, salt, honey & cilantro. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into jars and store in the refrigerator.

This recipe makes 32 fl. oz (4 cups) of hot sauce
