Lemon Balm & Cucumber Agua Fresca

Ingredients
  

Lemon Balm Tea
  • 1/2 cup lemon balm, dried
  • 3 cup water

  • 3 cups lemon balm tea
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add lemon balm to a heat proof container and pour in boiling water. Cover and let steep for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Add the cooled lemon balm tea and other ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
