Method
- Pour a little more than a cup of boiling water over the golden rod in a heat proof container. Cover and let steep for 15–20 minutes.
- Then strain the herbs out of the tea. You will have about a cup of tea after straining.
- Stir in the honey.
- Fill one large glass or two smaller glasses with ice.
- Pour the sweetened tea over the ice, filling the glass about 3/4 full.
- Top off with milk. I used fresh, raw goat milk from our goat, but you’ll want to use whatever type of milk you like best.
