Method
- Add the water and calyces to a pot. Cover, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let cool a bit.
- While the tea is still warm, strain out the herb and then stir in the sugar and let cool to room temperature.
- Pour the sweetened tea into popsicle molds. Place in the freezer until fully frozen.
