- Melt about a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the shrimp and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the broth, milk, and the rest of the butter, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the sauce thickens a bit. Stir in the salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Remove from the heat and serve with rice. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
